Every day we see lines, patterns, arrows, directional markers and Caution tape. Guidelines. We place markers to help us reach our destination and some our more obvious than others. That what this work is, sort of an exploration on guidelines.
Originally the lines were going to direct the viewer to every room in the art studio but upon viewing what I had done ( and running out of tape), I noticed the viewer was more interested in following a line that was more selective in its placement.
